Mapping Your Future: What Can You Do with a B.A. in the Humanities?


The Humanities Ambassadors Club will host a career panel talk featuring an all-star line up of professionals from a variety of careers. Presenters will talk briefly about how their background in the Humanities has helped them be successful in their career. Following the panel talk, students will have an opportunity to form small groups and ask questions of speakers in a more intimate roundtable setting.

Who doesn’t love a good experiment? Join tower C3 THIS SATURDAY for a unique perspective of New York! This experimental theater piece sends 50 participants on a 2-hour tour from Brooklyn to Manhattan, guided by a recorded voice on their headset. We’ll explore our relationship to technology while being guided by a machine. A literal (and figuratively) moving piece!

Raise Your Voice: A Cabaret for a Cure!

Raise Your Voice: A Cabaret for a Cure on April 12th, 2015 C in the Eisner and Lubin Auditorium in The Kimmel Center to raise money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The cabaret, hosted by Rob and Gossip Girl’s Zuzanna Szadkowski, will feature performances from Broadway’s Tony-nominee Michael McElroy (RENT, Big River), Derek Klena (Dogfight, Wicked), Caissie Levy (Ghost, Les Miserables) and Eden Espinosa (Wicked, RENT), along with his friends from the New Studio on Broadway at Tisch School of the Arts, APC Rhythm, and more, for a night of love, art, and music. We hope the event will raise $10,000, and within the first week of ticket sales and donations alone, we have already raised $5,000!
